Firstly… before starting a career as an Artist you need to know what kind of artist you want to become, choose your genre, the type of art form that interests you and focus only on that. Try and improve your skills, learn the core of this art form, gain thorough knowledge about it.
– Also define what success means to you. Every artist has a different definition of success: some dream of seeing their work produced commercially or featured on apparel for big fashion brands, while others would feel just as fulfilled with selling a few small paintings at craft fairs over the course of a year.
– SO, DEFINE A GOAL FOR YOURSELF AND WORK TOWARDS IT.
# Art goes beyond the creation of beautiful things. Art speaks to our brains and souls in a way that regular communication just cannot, through song or dance, spoken word, visual art, sculpture, land art and more.
There are no boundaries when it comes to art making, but successful artists have a specific point of view on a subject that they open up for exploration. So never stop experimenting, explore each day, this will help you come up with new ideas.
Also, its very important to be patient and stay focused. Success as an artist is a slow process, it takes time, to reach there you need to stand out. And to stand out, you need to experiment and explore… widen your horizon. ‘’
